Mrs. Noll completed her Association Montessori International training and received her AMI diploma in 1982. AMI is the organization founded by Maria Montessori to keep her methods alive. Mrs. Noll also has a Masters of Science degree in education and attends yearly professional development conferences presented by such Montessori notables as Margaret Stephenson and Renilde Montessori, who were directly trained by Dr. Maria Montessori. She has observed Montessori schools worldwide.

This intensive training and twenty-five years of experience teaching enables her to guide each child through each stage and to aid in the foundation of each child's whole personality. This helps children to develop a strong, healthy psyche; acquire freedom within limits and seek purpose in their day. Children are dignified and allowed to engage in quiet focused work.
